Keto Popcorn ( Cheese Stuffed)

Here's a recipe for keto-friendly popcorn alternative made with cheese:



Ingredients:


2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 teaspoon of paprika

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the shredded cheese in a thin layer on the parchment paper.

Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the cheese.

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden brown.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cheese cool for a few minutes.

Use a spatula to break the cheese into small pieces, resembling popcorn.
