 Keto Garlic Parmesan Chicken Breast:



Ingredients:


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 375°F.


In a shallow dish, mix together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.


Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, coating both sides well.


In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.


Once hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.


Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.


Serve hot and enjoy your delicious, keto-friendly chicken breast dish!
