Keto Crust Pizza

 


Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups almond flour

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, flaxseed, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, and salt.

Add the eggs and mix until well combined.

Microwave the mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, or until melted.

Add the melted mozzarella cheese to the mixing bowl with the almond flour mixture and mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the pizza dough to the center.

Use your hands to press the dough into a circle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza dough.

Bake the pizza crust for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and add your desired pizza toppings.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Slice and serve hot.
