Keto Cheeseburger Casserole




Ingredients:


• 1 lb. ground beef

• 1/2 onion, chopped

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• 1/2 tsp paprika

• 1/2 tsp dried oregano

• 1/2 cup tomato sauce

• 1/2 cup beef broth

• 2 tbsp yellow mustard

• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 4 oz. cream cheese, softened

• 1/2 cup sour cream

• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

• 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

• Diced pickles (optional)

Instructions:


1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.

3: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

4: Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano to the skillet and stir to combine.

5: Pour in the tomato sauce, beef broth, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.

6: Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes.

7: In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream and beat until well combined.

8: Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

9: Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the beef mixture.

10: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture.

11: Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the cheddar cheese.

12: Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

If desired, sprinkle diced pickles on top of the casserole before serving.
